ST - Three Pass Steam Generator

The ST Series consists of steam boilers with advanced features, designed to provide outstanding performance, reliability, cost-efficiency, and durability.

With a large water volume, a wide evaporating surface, flexible operation, original technical solutions, and top-quality onboard accessories, these boilers are ideal for continuous steam flow applications in industries such as food processing, pharmaceuticals, textiles, fertilizers, petrochemicals (refineries), paper production, industrial laundries, beverages, construction materials, plastics, rubber, wood, and more.

These boilers can use gas or liquid fuels (including high-viscosity liquids) and are compatible with any type of burner on the market. Optional accessories include economizers, water modulation, salinity controllers, automatic purging systems, and more.

For the pressure vessel construction, only certified materials are used, subjected to non-destructive tests such as radiographs on cross joints and dye-penetrant tests on corner welds. These checks are performed by a qualified technician and validated by a PED inspector. The complete construction is CE certified, compliant with the PED Directive 2014/68/EU and the VSG calculation code (edition 99), and equipped with all required safety devices.

The tube plates can either be flat with angle welding or fully edged hot to absorb thermal expansions, adapting to different load conditions. Every joint is welded using submerged arc techniques and performed either manually or automatically.

For the external insulation and collectors, we use high-density rock wool (100 kg/m³) covered with aluminum or stainless steel, combined with special thermal insulating paints to minimize heat loss.
